Off the top is a new article series where I will post lists or stories off the top of my head. I won't look up stats or anthing, it'll just be off the top of my head(hence the title). To start off this series, I am going to list the Top 20 points guards for the 2019-2020 season. This has nothing to do with what players have done in the past.
