Off The Top: Top 25 Power Forwards

With the season still on the fence, I’ve decided to create some position rankings. I did this before the started as well, but things have changed since then. The special part about the, “Off The Top,” series is that it is just off the top of my head. I don’t go looking up stats. I’ve looked up two things: What positions they are listed as according to https://www.basketball-reference.com and to create a list of point guards so I wouldn’t forget any names.

The Top 5

1. Giannis Antetokounmp, Milwaukee Bucks: The Greek Freak has done nothing but get better since being drafted at 15th in what was once considered the worst draft in NBA history(that has changed). Size, length, strength, athleticism, defense, eurosteps, rim rage, he has it all... except for a jump shot, but he has been working on it. Giannis is one of the best in the game period and the best at his position.

2. Anthony Davis, Los Angeles Lakers: Davis a.k.a The Brow, is just like Giannis but without the speed and handles, though he does have a better jumpshot. Davis is one of the best rim protectors and rim runners in the game. An absolute superstar with a chance to finally win an NBA Championship, and very possibly play against Giannis.

3. Jayson Tatum, Boston Celtics: Tatum is a scoring machine that can get it done in anyway possible. Think of a more athletic Paul Pierce. Tatum is on the path to be an All-Time Celtics great as he seeks for a title.

4. Pascal Siakim, Toronto Raptors: Siakim has made a great journey to this point. He was a star at New Mexico State and has carried that ability over to the NBA. I had a feeling he would be good coming out of college, but i never thought he would be this good.

5. Zion Williamson, New Orleans Pelicans: This was a close one between Zion and his teammate Brandon Ingram. With Zions potential and just being a monster in the few games we got to watch him in, he will eventually climb higher on this list.
