The season may have just ended a few days ago, but it never seems too early to look at next season. Basketball fans are now back to waiting for the new season to begin. Watching coaching changes, transfers committing to new schools and players leaving for the NBA. Some schools will be able to ride the waves and stay on top, others may fall. Consistency can be tough to come by in todays college basketball world. Either way, I know that all of us as hoops fans, cannot wait to see what next season brings.

  1. Purdue Boilermakers- Matt Painter brings back arguably the most talented team in the nation. From its veteran leaders like Trevion Williams, Jaden Ivey who will be in the running for Big Ten Player of the Year, all the way to the newcomers in Trey Kaufman and Caleb Furst.

  2. Kansas Jayhawks

  3. Michigan Wolverines- Juwan Howard is going to be tested in his 3rd season. Can he reload?

  4. Gonzaga Bulldogs- Mark Few has some great talent leaving but also has great talent coming in. A top 5 coach is going to get it done next season. Undefeated? Maybe or Maybe not.

  5. Ohio State Buckeyes

  6. Villanova Wildcats
